Hello, I'm Meichun Yan, a Grade 10 student with a passion for fostering community connections and mental well-being. As a dedicated member of the Pals and Words team, I am committed to reviving the art of letter writing to create meaningful interactions and promote empathy. My role involves collaborating with peers to exchange heartfelt letters, sharing personal experiences and offering support to build a more compassionate community.

With a keen interest in both emotional well-being and community service, I strive to bridge the gap between individuals by showcasing how simple acts of kindness can have a profound impact. I believe in the power of words to bring people together, create lasting bonds, and inspire positive change in our society.

In addition to my work with Pals and Words, I am an active student engaged in various extracurricular activities that help me grow both personally and academically. I am always eager to learn new skills, whether it’s through academic challenges or community projects, and I bring this enthusiasm to my work with Pals and Words.
